Here is a link to the All Around Athlete workout so you can go check it out for yourself. For the next 6 weeks I will update my progress each Friday. Personally I will be doing fitness training on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in between workouts. For us former athletes, got get at it and let me know how your workout is coming. you are a good one... i'm not trying to look like an athlete but i started a new workout today that's going to run for the next 6 weeks as well... needless to say - i'm hurting right now!
